Hello, my name is Jennifer Lesser and I am a Reborn Artist. I began painting blank vinyl reborn kits in November, 2015. I use Genesis Heat Set Paints, which are baked in a convection oven to cure. Fine glass beads are placed into the limbs up to about the elbows or knees then filled with clean and new polyfil, then closed. The head and body also have a pouch of fine glass beads for weighting then stuffed with polyfil. I use cable ties in the bodies for added strength, and I add a magnet inside the head so a magnetic pacifier can be used.
